Qualifications

2 years experience managing a software development team or serving as a team lead.
B.S. degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 5 years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications
Expertise in more than one of the following programming languages:  Perl, Java, Python, Ruby, Objective-C
Expertise in web application programming.
Understanding of Agile Development practices
Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology and application development.
Working knowledge of Apache, relational databases, JavaScript, JSON, Ajax, XML, HTTP/HTML, XSLT, Linux or UNIX, and Microsoft Windows.
Working knowledge of Source Control Systems required.  Specific experience with SVN or CVS source controls a plus.
Experience with Radio, TV and Newspaper websites or building large consumer oriented websites a plus.
Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus.
