Technical Expertise: Demonstrates in-depth technical expertise and knowledge of server administration, networks, databases and JDE applications; be able to present technical information in easily understood terms
 
JDE Experience: Demonstrates in-depth CNC Administration expertise with JDE software and its toolsets to maintain/deploy multiple environments in both iSeries and Windows, maintain/deploy package builds, apply and test ESUs, and service pack upgrades

 Principles of networked computer systems and architectures; servers, operating systems and networking components;
 Ability to: Independently research, analyze, and determine appropriate course of action for complex technical solutions and problems; use hardware efficiently and effectively; write technical specifications; prioritize workload effectively; ability to work well under critical conditions; able to work extended hours if needed; meet critical deadlines; communicate effectively with users, CareMedic’s management and outside vendors
 Able to work independently and as a team member 
 Working experience with both LAN and WAN technologies 
 Industry standard certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA, MCSA, A+, are recommended. 
 In-depth knowledge and working experience with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 2000, Windows 2003, and XP
 Working experience with storage technologies including SAN, NAS, IScsi
